Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base, with a banded coffin lid. Cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with chamfered upper edges. Engraved inscription to the front.

In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Ł, card number 13, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "C, 11th row, N3. From the road at N1 to catacombs A." In the description of the gravestone: "A granite monument with a white marble cross, in a fence of iron bars."

State of preservation:

mosses, lichens, cracks, non-maintained finial
