Tombstone of Juliette and Georges Vichnievsky

İstanbul | Turkey

Burial place marked by a shell-shaped stele on the base. On the stele a relief carved cross, inscribed within a larger cross, with arms ending in a concave-convex arch. In front of the stele a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll supported on a moulded support. On it an engraved inscription and 3 oval panels, in two of them photographs. In the first one a man is portrayed in bust, in a 3/4 view to the left. Dressed in a white shirt with tie and jacket. Partial baldness and glasses are visible. In the second a woman shown in bust, in 3/4 view to left, head slightly to left. She is wearing a blouse. Hair short, curly. Earrings visible. The whole is framed by a high band.
