Tombstone of Karolina Dolinska

Burial site marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele in a concrete mantle. Cross with arms ending in rhomboidal caps, on a plinth. The face of the cross excavated. At the intersection of the arms the attachment after the figure of Christ is visible. Stele closed with a carved solid arch. On the front a bas-relief cross against a background of branches, below a plaque, in it an engraved inscription. Below a cartouche with the Sas coat of arms. The gravestone together with monuments No. 15-24 enclosed by a common fence.

Najukochańszej Córce / Karolinie / DOLIŃSKIEJ / Urodzonej 5 Listopada 1823 r. / Zmarłej 26 Kwietnia 18[3/4]5 r. / - / Niepocieszeni po stracie rodzice / ten kamień na grobie jej położyli //.

Line 1, 5, 6 of the inscription in italics. According to Wacław Wejtka's file with the inscription: To his beloved daughter [...] / born 3 Nov. 1827 / died 1845 April 25th day / spring of life / Inconsolable [...] laid, asking devout Christians / to pray fervently for her innocent / and pure soul //. Following Antoni Lazarewicz, he states that the inscription, a cross against a background of rose branches (a symbol of youth and faith) was gilded. The gravestone, with metal wreaths, was originally framed by a cast iron fence, painted black. The deceased was a talented girl, under the care of the president of the Benevolent Society, Count Mostowski. She gave numerous concerts.
