The burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base with two panels added to the front. Cross stylised as a tree trunk on its own plinth, at the intersection of the arms a relief medallion with the image of Christ en face, a radial gloria. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, inscription carved on the front. The second step slightly tapering towards the top, finished with a smooth frieze and covered with a wider, stylised panel topped with volutes, on the front a niche closed with a full overhanging arch with a relief of Immaculata. Mary depicted full-length in a gesture of blessing wearing a long ruffled gown and cloak clasped beneath a shawl, her bare feet trampling a serpent encircling a globe, her hair to her shoulders.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
