Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ in relief, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards, with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, in which an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA / KATYŻYNA / * 1924 – 1928 / I ROZALIJA / * 1932 – 1937 / KOZDROWSKI //.
