At the head of the virtually invisible earthen grave (level with the ground) a plinth with an irregular base and shaft supporting a black stone high cross. On the base, made of tuff, a marble epitaph slab closed with a solid arch with an inscription.

Inscription:

Ś.+P. / KLEMENS RUCIEWICZ / INŻYNIER GÓRNICZY / 18 11/XI 59 - 19 26/VII 11 / Prosi o westchnienie do Boga //.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

Tombstone preserved in satisfactory condition, very soiled, with unstably attached cross. Cross in good state of preservation. Marble inscription slab soiled, with stains. Surface of tuff weathered, dark layers absorbing dirt. Fungal and lichen build-up visible on top of tuff.
