Burial site originally marked by a cross on a stele, framed by a concrete mantle to the rear. A crumpled cross, resting on a plinth, with an excavated face and arms ending in a trifoliate, filled with ornament. Stele with chamfered upper corners. On the front with a ground face with an engraved frame, mimicking the shape of a slab, in which is an engraved inscription.

Tu spoczywa / s. p. Konstancja / LUTOWICZOWA / zm. 1873 r. Sierpnia 26. / wieku lat 47 / Stroskany mąż z dziećmi na / pamiątkę położyli. / Prosi przechodnia o westchnienie / do Boga. //.
