Tombstone of Leon Raczyński

Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth, banded coffin lid and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Plinth with one-third chamfered sides and chamfered upper sides. On the front a gabled plaque with a rhombic inscription. The whole is enclosed by a band common to tombstones Nos. 14, 15 and 16.
