Tombstone of Leonard Swiżewski

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross with gabled arms, perpetuated, lies adjacent. Second tier of bases with chamfered top edges. Plinth with moulded upper edges, covered by a hipped roof. On the front a gabled closed panel, in which is an engraved inscription. On the other sides engraved frames with quarter-circle chamfered corners.
