Gravestone of Leonarda Gosciminska

İstanbul | Turkey

Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross on its own base. The arms closed with a semicircle. At the intersection of the arms a medallion with floral ornament, surrounded by a form of inscribed square gloria. The base of the cross framed by stylised volutes The arms of the cross terminate in buttons. The plinth slightly tapering towards the top, with chamfered edges with geometric decoration. An engraved inscription on the pedestal of the front. The plinth is moulded into a wider panel with semicircular chamfered edges. The quatrefoil is enclosed by a fence in the form of six closed pyramidal posts connected with a chain.

LEONARDA / GOSCIMINSKA / przeniosła się do wieczności / d. 14 października 1872 roku / po 48 latach życia / ŚWIATŁOŚĆ WIEKUISTA NIECH JEJ ŚWIECI / NA WIEKI WIEKÓW. //.
