On the pedestal is a stepped thin gabled slab, on the axis of the head there is a square base with an indentation on the axis, on which is a rectangular pedestal with a sarcophagus lid with acroterions at the corners, on which an urn was placed on the lid after conservation in 2008, traces of a fence.

Inscription:

ICI REPOSE / LOUISE SŁONECKA, / NÉE EN POLOGNE / LE 25 AOÛT 1837, / DÉCÉDÉE À PARIS / LE 8 MARS 1846. / ---- / DE PROFUNDIS. //.

In 2008, the tombstone was restored by the TOZ with funds from the Zygmunt Zaleski Foundation (ATOZ); measurement drawing, 3 projections, scale 1:20, made by B. Kłosowicz , nd.[2008] (ATOZ); Documentation of conservation works carried out at the Père-Lachaise cemetery in Paris, Tomb of Louise Słonecka , commissioned by the Society for the Care of Polish Historical Monuments and Tombs in France. Contractor: Conservation and Repair of Historical and Artistic Objects Andrzej Krawczyk -Demczyk , n.d.[2008] (ATOZ); conc. under the care of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Paris and TOZ (2007).
