Tombstone originally marked by a cast iron cross on an irregular stele. Cross not preserved, on a plinth. On the stele at the front an engraved inscription.

D. [O.] M. / S. P. / Maryanny / z Paszkiewiczów / OBRUCKIEY / zm. 30 Marca 1865 r. / za życia modliła się za nas/ Teraz modlimy się za nią / Stroskane dzieci Maryanny / Wierzbowska z mężem i Anną / ten pamiątkę poświęcają / żyła 87. lat //.
