Burial site originally marked by a cross on a rock form pedestal. The cross is not preserved. A plaque with a ritual inscription on the front plinth. The whole is enclosed by a fence consisting of four cylindrical plinths connected by iron chains.

Cieniom / S. P. / MARJANNY / POLITOWEJ / zm. 16 List 1874 / wieku lat 55. / stroskana córka pos- / więca //.

time of creation determined hypothetically on the basis of form and dates of life. In the file of Wacław Wejtka, under the letter Po, card number 45, dated 1936. According to the file, the location of the gravestone is sector "A.,VII row, from the entrance, N5". Next to the description of the gravestone a note: "iron cross at the top, traces of a chain-link fence".

State of preservation:

corrosion, mosses, lichens, non-maintained finial
