Burial site marked by cross and figure on two-stage base and plinth. Cross stylised as a tree trunk, with a relief carved wreath at the intersection of the cross arms. To the left of the cross framed by a smaller full figure probably of Mary with long hair, clad in long robes with a girt on her hips. Her left hand is held folded over a burning heart, her right hand is held raised in a gesture of blessing.Plinth in the form of a pile of rocks, with a convex carved inscription panel on the front enclosed by a gabled canopy. Inside an engraved inscription.

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
