Tombstone of Maria Prystupa

Trembowla | Ukraine

Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage rock-formed plinth and base. Headstone overturned, each part lying separately, cross not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. In the second step of the pedestal, on the front, an oval panel in which is a bas-relief of a winged angel's head, below which is an engraved frame enclosed by a full overhanging arch with a rhotic inscription:

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
