Burial place marked by two-stage plinth on base. The crowning is not preserved. On the front of the second step of the plinth an engraved inscription, in the lower right corner a signature. In front of the base a jardiniere. The whole enclosed by a band.

Bogu milejsza byłaś / zato Tyś świat opuściłaś. //.
