An unnamed tombstone with a statue of Immaculata. A headless and armless statue of Immaculata, set on an attic base situated on a rectangular pedestal with a prominent rectangular panel, originally housing an inscription plaque. The three elements appear to have come from different gravestones. This is evidenced, among other things, by the lack of correspondence in dimensions.

The statue was moved on 20 September 1999 from the cemetery in Chernokozinets to Kamenets Podolsky. It is now located on the grounds of the diocesan curia.
