Burial place marked by plinth and preceded by banded rectangular plinth partially machined on front engraved with large cross below black plaque with engraved inscription. Two-stage plinth banded with syenite kerbs.

Inscription:

S+P / PIOTR SZAWDINIS / UR. 11 V 1864 / UM. 8 IX 1944 / PAULINA / 1875-1959 //.
