Burial site marked by a cast-iron cross stylised as a tree trunk. At the base of the cross a cast iron plaque with a convex inscription. Originally mounted on the cross.

Inscription plaque originally attached to the cross. Now detached, it lies at the base of the cross. In 1825 Slawinski took over the directorship of the Astronomical Observatory of Vilnius University after Jan Sniadecki .
