Burial place marked by two tombstones on a common base, at the head of which is a stele. Stele framed to the right and left by a two-stepped plinth. In the centre an additional plinth serving as a pot. The whole on a common base. Stele with chamfered corners, engraved inscription on the front. Above the inscription is a cast-iron cross with three-leaved arms. On the first pedestal on the right-hand side a signature.

Projekt realizowany przez Fundację Akcja Kultura pod kierunkiem dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Wykonawcami są studenci Instytutu Historii Sztuki UKSW. Prace rozpoczęły się w roku 2022 i obejmują dokumentację wszystkich nagrobków związanych z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałych przed 1945 rokiem. W roku 2022 wykonana została dokumentacja w Karwinie Dołach, Karwinie Meksyku, Czeskim Cieszynie i Ligotce Kameralnej. Projekt realizowany jest we współpracą z lokalnymi środowiskami Polskimi.
