On the pedestal a stepped gabled slab, at the head on a base an aedicula (columns without bases and capitals) surmounted by an arched beam, on the head of the beam a carved Star of David, on the aedicula a pseudo inscription. Inscriptions: on the head of the plinth (1), on the stele (2) and on the panel (3).

The inscription is preceded by two signs in Hebrew meaning "in the past". Below also an inscription in Hebrew (five characters).

Issac David Szusterman, born on 21 July 1924 in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, son of Lazarus and Golda Smietanka, husband of Claudine Latowicki. From his marriage, children Michel (wife Barbara N) and Aline, b. N Murciano, b. 2020 in Paris. A participant in the FFI, or resistance movement, he used the pseudonym Pierre René. Doctor of Medicine, he obtained his title on 27 November 1956 on the basis of the thesis: "Contribution à l'étude des sarcomes acquis du rein chez l'adulte", Paris, Impr. Foulon, 72 p., 5 engravings. Died on 24 October 1996 in Bobigny (Seine-Saint-Denis) ( INSEE).

Claudine Latowicki, born 1 June 1935 in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, died 10 July 2012 in Neuilly-sur-Seine (INSEE), wife of Issac David Szusterman.

Lazarus' brother Wolf Szusterman (born 30 November 1883/1884 in Garwolin, deported from Drancy, died 23 July 1943 in the German concentration camp Auschwitz), his wife Sarah Bistrovitch (born. 30 November 1883 in Minsk, died 23 August 1943 in Auschwitz), and their son Meyer Szusterman (born 13 May 1913 in Siedlce, deported from Drancy, died 18 February 1943 in the German concentration camp Auschwitz).
