Burial place originally marked by a cross on a plinth in a concrete band in the form of a coffin lid on a base. Cross on moulded plinth, traces of Christ figure attachment at intersection of arms. The plinth with one-third chamfered sides and chamfered upper edges, on the sides there is a decoration in the form of a relief circle with a moulding. On the front of the pedestal an inscription plaque with an engraved inscription.

Ś. + P. / WŁADYSŁAW / SELENIEWICZ / ZM. I XII 1944 R. L. 69 / BOŻE zBAW DUSZĘ / JEGO //.
