The post-war memorial to those who died for the independence of the Polish nation is located in the western Ukrainian town of Belz. The monument consists of three stone blocks, the middle one has the form of an obelisk. An eagle without a crown is engraved on it. On the side blocks inscriptions in Polish and Russian.
