We present the results of our unique project 'Lviv sounds like this'.

In a difficult year, in which it was definitely harder and more difficult to move between countries due to the global pandemic, we invite you to a musical journey through Lviv.... online. The guides are pianist and harpsichordist Stanislaw Lopuszynski and Dr Michal Piekarski.

Lviv at the beginning of the 20th century was called the musical capital of Poland not without reason. The exceptionally developed local musical life consisted not only of the activities of numerous musicians and composers, but also of churches, monasteries, musical institutions and theatres. A reference to musical traditions can also be found in the song "Lviv is one in the world" by Emanuel Szlechter and Henryk Wars: "Where do they wake you up with song and tuck you to sleep? Only in Lviv!".

The project involved outstanding young musicians who, in the age of pandemonium, decided to prepare a special arrangement of special songs.
