In Baghdad is the private villa of Kahtan Awni, designed by the Polish architect Lech Robaczyński. A one-storey villa on an irregular plan close to a rectangle with a very disjointed body, with numerous courtyards to preserve the existing tree stand; construction partly of reinforced concrete and brick. The building was constructed around 1964.
