Biography:

Jan Piłsudski (1876-1950), began his legal studies at Moscow University, from which he was expelled, finishing them at Kazan University. In 1922, he was a member of the Central Lithuanian Sejm. Deputy Speaker of the Seimas from 1930 to 1931. Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Poland from 1932 to 1937. In 1939, he was arrested by the NKVD. Released in 1941, he travelled to Great Britain.
