Burial place marked by a Christ figure on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. Figure on its own base. Christ with left hand pointing to burning heart, right hand forfeited. Dressed in long ruffled robe and mantle, long hair falling to shoulders. Bare feet visible. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam: architrave and cornice. On the sides engraved frames with chamfered semicircular upper corners. On the front a panel with chamfered upper edges, in it an oval panel with a partly preserved photograph, below an engraved inscription.

S. + P. / FRANCISZEK / WISZNIOWSKI / C. K. WACHMISTRZ ŻAN. / * 1856. + 24/12. 1906. / ŻALEM SCISNIONA ŻONA / SWEMU MĘŻOWII. [!] /.
