Biography:

Jan Tomasz Kudelski (1861-1937), born in Budziska, son of Ignacy Kudelski, architect. Between 1880 and 1885, he studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Lvov Technical Academy. After three years of apprenticeship in construction companies, he was qualified as an architect and began working with Julian Zachariewicz. In 1889 he became a member of the Lviv Polytechnic Society and an assistant in the Department of Descriptive Geometry at the Technical Academy. In 1890 he took up the position of head of the architectural office in the company owned by Jan Lewiński. From 1891 onwards, he taught at the Industrial School in Lwow, and in 1893 became the chief construction director of the railway in Stanislavov. He was interned during the First World War.
