Biography:

Witold Czerwiński (1901-1982), born in Warsaw. As a volunteer, he took part in the Polish-Bolshevik War. He completed his law studies at Warsaw University, and obtained his doctorate in Paris in 1931. After the outbreak of war, he found himself in London, where he worked in the Information and Documentation Centre at the Government of the Republic of Poland, then as head of government publications. In the years 1959-1963, he headed the National Unity Executive. An active activist in exile, involved in publishing activities.
