Burial place marked by a boulder on the base, chiselled texture, On the front an irregular ground plaque, oval in shape. On it an inscription in relief (1), applied letters. From the top, a circular hole intended for candles / flowers or a non preserved crowning element. The grave field enclosed by a fence in the form of pyramidal low posts connected by a chain. On the front post on the right side a relief inscription with the grave number: 0.98 XII.

in 1992, on the order of the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in London, the remains of General M. Tokarzewski-Karaszewicz were exhumed and he was buried in the Powązki Military Cemetery

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

In 2021, the renovation of the tombstone of General M. Tokarzewski-Karaszewicz was carried out. The initiators and people working on this project are: Bartosz Piasecki, Tomasz Muskus and Magdalena Kamińska.
