Biography:

Polish diplomat, émigré activist, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Polish Government in Exile. He studied law at the Jagiellonian University. He interrupted his studies after the outbreak of World War I and began his service in the Polish Legions. He graduated in 1920. A year later, he started working for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and defended his doctoral thesis. In 1972, he was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of Alfred Urbański.
