Biography:

Sylwester Karalus (1908-1975). Studied law at the University of Poznań. He worked as an official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He worked as an official at the Polish Consulate in Riga, Embassy in Paris. From 1970 to 1972, he was Prime Minister of the Government in Exile.
