The burial place marked by a statue of St John the Evangelist on its own base, a two-stepped plinth and base. Saint John, with long hair, is shown frontally, holding an open book in his left hand and pointing to it with his right hand. He is dressed in a robe down to his feet, with long sleeves, wrapped in a cloak. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges, an engraved inscription to the front.

The second step of the plinth covered by a hipped roof, on the front a panel with a full overhanging arch, inside a relief carved figure of a saint.... He holds his right hand on his chest and is dressed in a long robe tied at the waist, with a cloak thrown over his left shoulder.

Inscription:

DOM / SY[...] / JANA I MA[...] / 1919. JÓZKUW 1940 //.
