Burial place marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base, in band. Cross plain, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus with the inscription INRI. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the pedestal with a rectangular uplift, framed on the sides by pyramids. In front an engraved cross, below an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA / BEDNARZ / ANNA / UR. 1911 + 19 / FUNDATOR / MICHAŁ RABSKI //.
