Burial site marked by cross on three-stage plinth and two-stage banded base. Straight cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step with a rectangular upright ending in a gable, framed on the sides by a gabled closure. On the front a panel repeating the shape of the plinth, in which an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Ś + P / FRANCISZEK / ZARZECZNY / Ż.L. 70 + 1933 / i ŻONA / APOLONJA //.
