Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Straight cross, on the pedestal front an inscription of applied lead lottery patinated black The pedestal tapers upwards. Stone of rough texture

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

The gravestone of Stanislaw Kot in North Sheen Cemetery, South London, preserved in good condition. It has light build-up of organic origin. The stone stele and cross itself is undamaged, the applied lead inscription is preserved without loss. The site is situated on a slight hill, so that the rear is somewhat buried in earth.
