Biography:

Tadeusz Münnich (1893-1959) studied law at the Jagiellonian University. He belonged to the Active Combat Association and the Polish Military Organisation. He took part in the Polish-Soviet War. In 1937, he was interned in the Kingdom of Romania, from where he made his way to France and then to Great Britain. He remained in exile until the end of his life. In 1954, he became Deputy Minister of Defence.
