Burial site originally marked by a cross on its own plinth, on a two-stage plinth and base. The lost cross and its right arm. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ, above a titulus. The base is glazed with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth topped with a cornice, covered with a profiled hipped roof. An engraved inscription on the pedestal at the front.

Tu spoczywa / FRANCISZKA / WASYŁENKÓW / ur. 1875 um. 1901 / MAЛAНKA. BACИ- / ЛEНЬKO. ЖИЛА / ЛИТ 82 + 1924. //.
