Burial site marked by a polished slab set on a concrete foundation. Slab divided transversely by two metal bands (1/3 and 2/3 of its depth) made of tarnished stainless steel flat bars. Letters of all inscriptions engraved . The cross and emblems of the Polish Corps and Fighting Poland engraved with a concave background and flat relief from the surface of the stone gravestone.

Comments on the state of preservation and visible restoration:

No visible cracks, the grave is structurally stable despite a slight deviation to the right (approximately 40 mm). No traces of mortar in the joint between the gravestone and the concrete foundation.The inscription is engraved with an engraved cross from above and engraved emblems of the Fighting Poland and the 2nd Polish Warsaw Corps (to the left of the inscription). The inscription in a good state of preservation.
