Gravestone of Apolonia Bernacka

Burial site marked by a crucifixion group with figures of St Apolonia and St Francis on a two-stage base and two-stage plinth. The figures on their own bases and in the centre of them a cross on its own plinth. On the cross a relief carved Jesus wearing a crown of thorns above him titulis the arms of the cross ending in trifoliate caps. On the left is the statue of St Apolonia, wearing long robes and wearing a headscarf, holding a pair of pincers in her right hand, her left hand resting on her chest. Similarly, on the right side, the figure of St Francis holding a cross in his hands. Two steps of the base with chamfered top edges. First step of plinth with chamfered top edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam and cornice. To the front a rectangular niche with quarter chamfered corners within it an engraved inscription which terminates below the frame. On the left, in a medallion-shaped niche, a relief figure of the Virgin Mary. To the right in a similar niche is the figure of Jesus.
