The burial site marked by an obelisk on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. In the upper part of the obelisk a relief cross, below it an engraved inscription number 1 and a panel after an oval photograph. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges, on the front the engraved inscription number 2. The second step of the pedestal covered with a moulded panel.

1) Spocznę i wstanę / JAN CURKOWSKI / em. adj. sądowy / * 25.III. 1867 + 28.XI. 1933 //.
2) Bolesne straty i łzawe pamiątki / zamknięte pod tym kamieniem / Ojca i Męża złożone tu szczątki / Uczcij przechodniu westchnieniem //.
