Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a plinth and base. The lower part of the cross lost, possibly re-set on the plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus. The plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, within which is an engraved inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWA / MARIA / GRZEGOCKA / * 21/12 1852 / + 10/7 1913 / PROSI / O MODLITWĘ //.
