A tomb on a square plan, covered with a two-stepped slab on which a cross on a two-stepped plinth and a two-stepped base. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a convex carved figure of Christ, above it a titulus. The base with moulded upper edges. The first step of the plinth covered with a wider profiled panel. The second step of the plinth tapering upwards with an upper edge in the form of a shaft. Niches on four sides with convex carved figures. From the front St Agnes, on the left St Family, on the right St John of Nepomuk and at the back St Agatha. The tomb at the front with a semi-circular entrance.
