The burial place is marked by a statue of St. John of Nepomuk on a three-tier base and a two-tier plinth. The statue of the saint on its own base represents a high artistic level, dynamic and maintained in the Lvov style. The figure is portrayed in a strong contrapposto, with his body leaning forward and his head turned downwards. The saint is dynamically holding a cross with a relief of Christ to his right side, dressed in distinctive episcopal robes and a loosened cloak, with a high tiara on his head and a palm branch in his left hand. The face has strong features with thick beard and wrinkles on the forehead, the hair is wavy and tumbled back. The first step of the pedestal is low with profiled upper edges, on the front there are remains of an obliterated inscription, on the sides there are rectangular engraved frames. Second step of pedestal higher in form of elongated cuboid covered with profiled panel. On the front and on the sides engraved rectangular frames with engraved inscriptions. To the front inscription (1) to the left of the front inscription (20 to the right of the front inscription (3).

Inscription made in a careless manner, which lowers the level of the gravestone's workmanship, lack of gaps between words, some letters go beyond the frame of the inscription field. Engraved lines left, which probably were supposed to facilitate the work of engraving the inscription
