Burial place marked by a statue on its own two-stepped base and a two-stepped plinth with a two-stepped base. Statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary in antique robes, ribbon tied at waist, shawl on head. Hands at breast level folded in prayer, a rosary threaded through the right hand. The second step of the base of the pedestal is glazed on the sides. First step of plinth with chamfered top. The second step of the pedestal surmounted by a beam and pediment, below by a band and on the front by an engraved inscription.

+ / TU SPOCZYWA / WIKTORJA / KOSZULIŃSKA / żyła lat 65 / + 11. VIII. 1934 / Prosi o / Zdrowaś Marjo ! //.
