Burial place marked by a statue of St Casimir with a cross in his left hand. The figure on its own plinth with chamfered corners and on a two-stage plinth and two-stage base. The first step of the pedestal finished with a moulded top edge, with an engraved inscription to the front (2). The second step of the pedestal covered with a larger profiled panel with chamfered top edge. To the front, in a panel surmounted by a solid hatch, a convexly carved female figure with long hair, in the right hand a cross clutched to the breast, in the left hand a palm branch. On the left an engraved inscription (1).
