Burial place originally marked by a cross on a three-stage plinth. First step of plinth rusticated. Second step of plinth clad in panels on four sides, two of which have a ritual inscription (2) and (3). The third step of the pedestal in the form of rocks, on the front an inscription plaque (1), on the right framed by stylised ivy leaves, on the left by ferns. At the top, the plaque fixed with a lump stylised as a flower, in it an engraved butterfly. The whole framed by a floral wreath of roses and poppy heads.
