Tombstone of Antoni Czajkowski

Burial place originally marked by a statue on a two-stage plinth and base. The statue is not preserved. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by hipped roof with semicircular gables on four sides. On the front in a circular panel a relief carved winged angel's head, below this carved S+P. Below the panel an engraved frame in which an engraved inscription.
