The burial place is marked by an obelisk on a three-tier plinth and base. Obelisk decorated on the front with a relief carved shield of arms with a cross in the field of arms. Base with moulded upper edges. The first step of the pedestal with chamfered upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal low, with profiled upper edges. On the third step of the pedestal a panel with engraved inscription (2) to the front.

Inscription:

1. Proszą o modlitwy //.
2. R.I.P. / Lubomiła z Twar / dowskich BABICZ / * 26 Lutego 1864. / + 26 Stycznia 1888 / Franuś * 7/8 1885 / + 22/8 1885 //.
