Biography:

Hieronim Kajsiewicz (1812-1873), born in Słowiki, son of Dominik and Anna, née Pawłowska. He studied law and literature at the University of Warsaw. However, he did not complete them. Instead, he graduated in theology in Rome. In 1841, he was ordained a priest. He was a confessor to Józefa Karska, Cyprian Kamil Norwid and Zygmunt Krasiński.
